Fill out the form on our contact page so we can learn about your project and what you have in mind for your home.
Once we receive your contact form, we will follow up with a phone consultation (24 hours) to discuss your vision for your home more in-depth.
There is a $100 cost for the on-site consultation that goes towards the final investment in your home when you move forward with us.
We will review and sign your contract together once we have discussed all aspects of your renovation. After the contract is signed, we will collect a deposit on your project to order materials and get started.
During the design phase, we will decide on your project's materials, details, and colors. We will work with an architect if necessary.
After solidifying the details of your project, we will schedule your project start date.
On your project start date, before we begin any construction, we will do a pre-job walkthrough to set the right expectations and answer your questions.
The fun starts here. We use our Company Cam to send you updates, including pictures of our progress, so you know what is happening in your home while we enhance it.
Once your project is complete, we will do a final walkthrough to reveal your brand-new space! If anything needs perfecting before we leave, we will take care of it during this time.
In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, we offer a 4-year craftsmanship warranty on anything covered in our contract and within our control.
Even after we complete your project, we'll continue to check in with you. We follow up every 2 months by phone or text to ensure you still love your project. 12 months after your project is complete, we conduct an on-site walkthrough to confirm your project continues to be up to our standards.
